What is the objective of the Course?

The LLM International Construction Contracts is aimed at providing professionals working internationally with the required combination of legal, management and practical skills to ensure good and efficient contracts management.

The course is based on an optimal blend of academic and practical knowledge, combining lectures, case studies and tutorials with group work.

Construction Law & Practice

Our course delivers either LLM or MSc masters qualification, with the option of stopping sooner either at a PG Certificate, or a PG Diploma.  

The course is delivered solely at a distance, with no face to face contact, thereby maximising the flexibility of access.  At the same time we encourage participation, personal development and peer to peer interaction by the regular delivery of live internet teaching and tutorial sessions.
