A Little of Time at Large

A paper given to the Society of Construction Law Hong Kong on 15 November 2005

The author addresses the issue of how to establish a reasonable time for completion of works where time has been set 'at large'. The paper considers the various circumstances in which time may be set 'at large', and how to identify the date by which the works are then to be completed, concluding with a worked example.
