Diploma

Construction Law is a vibrant area of law involving a wide range of professionals. The LLM/Postgraduate Diploma programme has been designed to enable lawyers and construction industry professionals to develop a specialised knowledge and understanding of the essential aspects of Construction Law. To facilitate attendance by those in employment, classes are presented during the week in the early evening, with occasional Saturday sessions. Furthermore, the course is under development and may provide a distance learning facility for the 2010/2011 academic year.

Melbourne Law School's construction law programs have been tailored to give lawyers and other professionals in the building, construction, engineering and associated industries the specialised legal knowledge needed to take the next step in their careers.
