The Melbourne Law School commenced graduate courses in construction law in 2000. The program offers a specialist Master of Construction Law and Graduate Diploma in Construction Law, and construction law subjects may also be taken as part of the Law School's LLM or Master of Commercial Law degrees. Subjects may also be taken singly, with or without assessment, for continuing professional development purposes.
