International Construction Law
This intensive course deals with the legal aspects arising under international construction projects based on the FIDIC Conditions of Contract which are widely used throughout the world. The application of the FIDIC contracts will be examined from both a civil law and a common law perspective. Relevant case law will also be quoted. The course will deal with all major stages of implementation of international construction projects, starting from the formation of the contract, going through its performance up to its completion or termination.
